Am I the only guy who looks in the mirror, and sees a nice muscled body, but then only a few minutes later feels tiny and weak? Mentally views himsellf as having a gut and tiny arms? I then look in the mirror again and i see a good big muscled body, then a few minutes later I feel like a little weakling. Arghhhh. When people stare at me Im paranoid their staring because I am so small. Anyone else get like this?

Um, well, I don't even get to the first part...

"Am I the only guy who looks in the mirror, and sees a nice muscled body,"

Lol, you guys are hilarious. Although, what you are describing is a common psychiatric condition, known in the medical community as 'bodybuilder's nervosa'.

Try going to a mall etc. and compare your body to the rest of the people around you and then give yourself a percentile rank based on those comparisons. You will almost certainly find that you are at least at or above the 95th or 99th percentile. Tell me, in what other facet of your life would you feel inadequate with these kinds of numbers?

I`m exactly the same way. I`m 240`s now. When I get to 260 or 270 I HOPE I won`t feel like that anymore.

Landser, welcome to the club. We're always accepting new members.
one half of the people in the gym think they're too skinny, the other half thinks
there too fat. And like satchboogie said, "it never ends".

Look at it this way, at least you're always gonna be motivated to improve.

Suggestion, only look in the mirror for 5 seconds at a time. That way you don't have time to 2nd guess yourself.

If you feel that way now, you will always feel that way no matter how big or strong you get. At least I do. I am 6'1 215 11%bf, but I still see myself as that 6'1 135lb skinny kid that I was in high school. It sucks, but I dont think I will ever be satisfied with how big or strong I get. Oh well, something has to drive us
