Ok well here it is... I know I have some muscles under my fat but I can't see it because of my fat. If I have a shirt on I don't look fat at all. It's just everything is aggy and boucning all over the place and convering all my muscle. It's not like I'm sticking out with fat... it's just I'm very SOFT I guess you would say. I have tried everything. Running; cutting down on carbs; increasing protein; Yohimburn and still... I'm extremely flabby. Do you guys have any recommendations? There has to be something I'm doing wrong!!?
 
List your diet, routine, stats, etc. That is the only way we can tell you what you are doing wrong.
 
basically in the morning i usually have a breakfast burrito which is eggs and cheese in a tortilla
a few hours later i'll have like a salad and tuna or something like that (chicken maybe) then later I'll have an apple and maybe a gronola bar... then for dinner either chicken or fish then later that night probably snack on some gronola and carrots... i'll usually have 2 protein shakes somewherein the day as well.
 
You could be body type Endomorph. In other words, you have a natually soft, fleshy build. I bet you didn't like hearing that eh?! Well good, because the chances are probably better that you just weren't committed enough to your dieting to see adequate results as opposed to falling into that type of body build. If you want to do the low carb diet, I suggest trying a CKD Diet. Info is available www.c-k-d.com. It is important, if you are a hard-loser as far as fat goes, that you adhere to a diet to the l-e-t-t-e-r! I have dealt with multiple clients who gave me the same line of bs. "I have tried everything, but nothing works". Well that is just crap. The real problem is usually(please don't take offense) that the person just can't get themselves into the mindset it takes to be dedicated to a strict diet regimine. They don't like how hard it is, and rationalize it off as "I am just flabby, and nothing ever works". Again..excuses, excuses. Truth is bro, you can still fall into the Endomorph body type and be thin. You just won't be cut/shredded is all. More of a smooth power-lifter overall physique. I'm sorry if this sounds curtain(sp?) but if you are this type of excuse person(and again, only you know if you are), you also tend to be the same type of person who looks at me, and says right off the bat "well he must be on steroids", simply because they figure that I took the easy way out with steroids(not that it is an easy way out), like they do when rationalizing their non-results off as "nothing works for me". So it kinda pisses me off when I hear that type of talk.

Anyhow bro, read the link on the Clinical Ketosis Diet that I gave. I hope you are able to achieve your goals. I'm sorry if I came off rude, but you CAN do it. Just takes heart, balls, dedication, persurverance, & want. I guarantee you you have it in you. Just gotta find them is all. Good luck bro.
 
i agre with atomic. I used to say the same thing" my bodytype" nonsense.

Let go of that crap.. make the changes you need to make in your life to get where u want to be. Stop pretending, and do it for real!!!!!!!!

low carb is the way to go for me. Im such an endo. but my body comp has changed, i hv about 4 months to go. and i will be at 10% bf. i cant wait. iv been in ketosis for 3 months now. im getting stronger, and losing the fat. i can actually see my bi's!!!!! iv gone from 45 pants to 38 pants. and thats with squats and deads(which make my middle thicker)!!!!!!!! so the fat is coming off big time!!!!!!

im getting tighter.

Listen pal. being endo is cool. we have huge legs, thick strong abs, super huge backs. and when our muscles fill up. well, we are impressive. if its the ladies you are thinking about, plenty out there who go crazy over developed legs.
