Body fat% when bulking

R-ala + CLA + Sesapure + T3 + Injectible L-Carnitine

I thought I'd have to go to GH or Peptides to do what I manage to do with this combo over the last few weeks.

This combo has allowed me to bulk on BMR+25% and I've lost 1% bodyfat in 2 weeks. Down from 9% to 8%.

Diet is super fucking clean though. Still doing big low intensity cardio sessions. But I am gaining LBM while still losing BF. I really can't believe it. I've never managed to do this before, but this combo has thrown me for a loop.
 
nice man. im gonna do somthing different next time i bulk. cause right now im about 13% and having a belly is killing me, its like, im doing this to look descent... not have a belly and look like shit haha. Might do somthing like sonicwaste next time.
 
so sonic if you are eating bmr + 25% is that even at your tdee?? just curious because you could still be eating less than your daily expenditure
 
Peptides(SARMS) Rock,but they must be used with respect also.

USA pharm grade is the way to go.

285 and 10% bf. I used a carb rotation and did cardio 4 times a week for 30 minutes. Also used carb cutoffs in the evening.

No not at my TDEE right now. I'm still experimenting to find the right caloric intake. It's frustrating for me at times to gauge. My TDEE + 25% is between 4900-5400 calories.

I've not yet had the balls to go all the way up there yet, and I can't figure a way to increase my appetite that much.

I'm finding at BMR + 25% I have a good mixture.

Although I will say, once I hit 6-7% bodyfat I will have the courage to get inventive and maybe try a 2 week run at 5400 calories. If I can stay at 6-7% I may finish out the rest of my cycle that high.
 
So much of dieting is experimenting with your body.. Since everyone is different no 2 people will react the same way... I've been doing a carb cycle. Diet right now.. 2600 cals a day for 3 days with carbs under 140gr and then 1 day of about 3300 cals and 385 gr of carbs.... It's been working real well
 
my bf % has never been higher than 9% even on bulking cycles with 6000+ kcals....its kind of a curse and a blessing rolled into one lol

I have a friend like that... Its definitely not a curse bro... I wish I could be like that.

My buddy eats so huge and is always sub 10%... If he stops eating shit and does cardio 3 times per week he gets down to 7-8% with a snap...

I have to eat super clean to get sub 10% and I have to eat super clean and hit cardio twice per day to get to 7-8%.

ive never done a cardio session in my life..simply cos i never felt the need.

but at the end of my current cycle ive just started i was thinking about putting in some anavar or winny for the last 4 weeks and hit the treadmill just to see where i can get too.

what everyones prefered choice winny or var?
