i bought a fat track body fat digital caliper ... and it says i have 8 percent body fat, im a 20 year old male 170 lbs.. i DONT have a great ripped up stomach. you can just see the first few blocks at the top off my stomach if i flexs with a big lgap down the middle.. does 8 % body fat sound realistic to you guys.. i dont know it i trust this thing on accuracy.. according to one of my friends its too low cause he says according to that number i should be EXTREMELY shredded.. im not fat.. i dont have alot of fat.. and the only bit i have is in my stomach.. i dont have anything else.. do you guys think 8 percent is realistic
