body fat porcentaje high do I cycle?...

Ok i have a buddy that was 55% on body fat, he is 25 at 290lbs, he went down incredibly on body fat with a well defined lean muscle, i was amazed with the results, but i was doing my research on websites and asking around in the blogs and it seems that people "think" juicing on high fat levels is not good but i keep looking at guys doing it to drop weight while gaining muscle mass.

What is the general opinion fromt the bro's here in the Elite? i will love to hear from the ones who experience with gear while fat.
 
The general consesus will be that he way to fat.

However if he was chronically low in endogenous Test producttion and got HRT or say a cycle he would OBVIOUSLY do well

have him see a doc for a full spectrum hormone profile
 
its the fact that people that are that fat 25% give or take are most likely unhealthy.they run a high risk when taking aas.also they just dont need the aas most of the time...its always best to go as far as you can with out aas and save it for when you really need it...most people never do this but we keep trying to drive the msg home regardless.



with the shortage of aas these days I think we should all do our best to keep people off of aas.save it all for me lol

Come on now...you gotta share with at least a few of us....lol.

But I do think it is possible to run a cycle to drop body fat but it should be done in an HRT fashion. Should prob consult a dr. first and have blood levels checked to make sure everything is done right tho. There is no need to run aas if you arent educated enough or simply dont need them just because you think they will help you burn fat.

most will say to get BF% under control before a cycle but a good AAS cycle can help lean up and lower BF% if diet and training is correct,

I used to think that too. not true, steroids will burn fat. every cycle I do makes me leaner than the one before.


that is my pattern so far and the funny part is i eat as much as i want and only train about 3 hours a week, drop BF% and i pack on a good amount of weight.

I do the same, including eating at micky d's, and ill lose like 2% bodyfat by the end of the cycle with no cardio. but I take some high doses of test, that might make a difference.

but someone at 55% bf is at risk for a heart attack, a full blown cycle may be more than his heart can handel.
