When you guys talk about your bodyfat percentage, how do ypou know what it is. I've seen those scales for sale that cost about £50, surely theres an easier way to find out. Thanks, I'd really like to know what mine is, as I'm on my first ever cycle and have put 17lbs on in 6 weeks, so I'd like to know my body fat %.
