Body Fat Loss

hey I had this crazy idea for a diet to drop my bf a little bit. heres what the diet consist of.

meal 1- 6 egg whites, flax oil, multivitimen, 750ml water
meal2-250ml of skim milk
meal3- 2 cans of tuna with water drained, water,
meal4-250ml of skim milk
meal5- broiled chicken breast , water
post workout - protein dink with water 44g's protein 3 g fat
before bed- protein drink with skimmed milk

is thr any alterations to this i could make to drop the bf any more or would this work? How long would i have to eat like this to see results. i want to keep all my muscles or as many as possible. I also do 20 min of cardio every other day .

1250 calories, you are right, that is crazy.
you will lose muscle if that is all you eat. how much do you weigh AND what is your current bodyfat percentage?

How much do you weigh? You should eat 10-12 x bw in calories, so I highly doubt this is enough.

Meals 2 and 4 are jokes right? Only 8 grams of protien and 12 grams of sugar in each? Sounds like a formula for disaster. Pick up a quality MRP instead. Or some wholefood protein sources.

Also, milk before bed? Try some nuts or PB.

Also, wheres they fibre in that diet? I literally think I see near ZERO grams of fibre. You should be taking in at least 25 grams daily.
 
yeh drop the milk, unless you get the low carb i guess, but definintely use water inthe PB before bed like he said
