It is the Jackson-Pollock 7 point skin-fold caliper formula. For women they will need to change a couple of the coefficients but that can be looked up. I used to have one for women but I can't find it.

I found it, so uploaded it goes. Also there is a great tutorial with pictures for the proper use of skinfold calipers at T-Nation.
