Hi i am having a problem with muscle growth, i have a few muscles bigger than the other, my neck is bigger on one side, and one of my peck is bigger than that other noticable bigger. How can i correct this.
 
It's muscle symmetry you're looking for...(composition relates to your body fat, muscle mass and water)

Are the muscles larger on your dominant side (right side if your right handed)?

You have to work the muscle on the laging side harder/heavier and the dominant side less to make up the difference.

What is your training like now?
