Body Cleanse Products

Anyone tried any? Thinking about giving my body a good detox. I figure it cant hurt after the PH's ive done. Also Ive been reading that it will help you lose some off your midsection. Any opinions or recommedations of a product? Thanks.

i just bought a fully body cleanse from GNC, going to try it very soon. does liver, kidneys, colon etc...cost is cheap. takes 7 days and i've heard it works well...there are plenty of other ones that are more potent, but stick to something light the first time..apparently you should do one every year...no harm in giving it a go.. the reason i got it cause i've been bloating alot and having trouble with digestion and this helps.. people report that they feel great after, so i'm keen to see how it goes

im interested too. i heard its not good to clense too much bc u lose alot of the good nutrients too.
