What fat :confused: , do you have machines in your gym that works the adductors and abductors these are great for outer and inner thighs, other than that keep doing cardio.

I think that you have a damn good base started, I do think that you should work the lats hard, some more bicep work, and calves.

Your hips look a little big in the pics, I think that is cause your lats are small, anyone else think this?

Personally I dont see any extra fat on your thighs, but if you think that there is the first thing you need to do to fix it is to do some cardio, start by cleaning that place up, and throw that pizza box away and dont order another one until I am sitting on the couch beside you, watching the worlds strongest man, or ultimate fighting, or something. SEE YA!! :fro:
 
hey bodacious, if I were you, I would'nt even bother replying to uneccessary remarks. I've been posting messages on boards for the past year, and the one thing I've learned is to turn people off when I dont care for what they have to say, or, completely ignore them when it's obvious that their intentions are to start sh*t.

just making a recommendation, that's all. You'll feel better about yourself if you just ignore it, because when you reply, you're just going to that level, know what I mean?

outside thigh reduction

bodacious, lunges will help to get your butt, and outside thigh fat in control (along with diet and cardio). i find that when i do lunges with little or no weight, with a lot of reps in the range of 30-80 per leg really does the trick. it's a lot of work, but the results are amazing. i usually do this after a warm up with extensions and curls. good luck.

Create an illusion by increasing your delts and taper your back into a Vshape......do lots of high reps for your lower area and do lots of cardio on a treadmill on the incline.......make sure your diet consists of High protein/low fat/carbs in low GI except after a work out.
So, develop your rear delts and taper your back into a Vshape........its all an Illusion, your lower body will look smaller.
For sure you can be a Fitness model !!!
 
This is one of the funniest threads I 've read in a while. Bodacious you have a funny sense of humor and you don't take no shit. Which is cool.

I think your body looks pretty good. Could you submit another picture that is shot closer so I could get a look at definition. It is hard to tell from the pics submitted.

Bodacious, there is nothing wrong w/your physique...it is very appealing.

What a lot of people don't realize is how much different one looks in print because of posing and lighting. I had a shoot yesterday with a photog who is NOT a fitness guy. He is an artist and primarily shoots nudes and things of that sort. So he primarily shoots models with ZERO muscle. He hired me because he wants to expand his portfolio.

The way he lit and had me pose I looked very smooth indeed and I admit, though I could see the cuts in my body in my reflection in the mirror...it messed with my head a bit. (I am getting ready to shoot a video and a ton of pics so I am under a lot of pressure.) I have to be as strong as I can, while being lean, but not competition lean - so as not to look frugly in the face. I have one week to go. So now I am wigging - am I too smooth? If I hit the cardio and diet too hard this week then I will give up too much strength (this will primarily be a strength video). I can fudge a lot with posing and lighting...BUT NOT STRENGTH, either you have it or you don't.

I have not done anything like this before so I am having a little "body dismorphic moment".

I had my bf tested about 2 weeks ago and it was between 12/13% (which is where I want to be)....now I am all fucked up in the head...so I had it taken again today. I was guessing that I gained fat (my guesstimates are usually right on) .....guess what? My bf was between 10/11%!.....just goes to show that perception is everything. So I will continue to do pretty much what I have been doing up until now with diet and training.

Change your posing a little and you will see a marked difference in your pics.

PS - Stiff legged deadlifts DO WONDERS for an ass!

lookin' good my lady.However (and I'm only bein' honest) you definately need to work on the upper hamstring Glute area , you tend to hold the majority of your fat there . Lower Back looks good but could use a bit more detailing , and definately a liitle more shred on the lower abdominals.Then again you really can't see much from the pix so it just could the crappy polaroid
For a chick who trains you look really great , but from a Fitness competitors point of view , well..... let's just say those girls come in contest date iced-out with as much femininity and as little virilization as possible.(Sinister Grin)
