Blue pills? anyone know what they are?

A kid I know was taking some pills he got that were supposed to be some kind of AS. He had some kind of anxiety attack as a result. Details were sketchy but they were some kind of testosterone pill. Anyone know what this is? They are little blue pills and thats all I know. Shitty description, but does anyone have an Idea. Thanx
