Blood work - triglycerides

Got a call from the secretary of my dermatologist. I usually take bloodwork every month for the acctuane that I'm on.

Secretary tells me my triglycerides were high, but I tried explaining to her that my diet has changed and I'm taking in more calories than normal (because of the current cycle I'm on). So I went on my way to googling triglycerides and finding some information on it. Said high numbers lead to high cholestrol and coronary heart disease.

Any one else experience this? Good excuse to explain to the doc?

Simply dropping some sugars, like pop will drop them back to normal.

I had some that were really high in the "1400" range. I dropped the fast food and cut out the junk food and mine are back to normal.

what are you on for a cycle?
Search the threads on cholesterol and lipid profiles. there is a lot of good info there that should also help with your trygl. If you cna't find them shoot me a PM I have been doing a lot of research on the subject because IMO wacked out lipids are one of the worst (and forgotten ) sides of being on aas.
