Blood test!

So idk what is wrong w/ me but everytime i go back to working out. My body shuts down, i have no energy. I go to the gym and push through it but after i work out i just feel like sleeping and not doing anything. Now when im not working out im perfectly fine. Idk if its the gym ( getting sick all the time) from the germs and what not. My sex drive is perfectly fine most of the time. There are occasions where its not there but thats rare. Im eating somewhere between 5000-6000 cals a day and work out 4 times a week. I sleep for 6-8 hours. So i know its not lack of food, sleep or over training.

Im only 20 so idk what could be the problem. Im going to get some blood work done to see if my test levels are down.

I hope i dont need to go on HRT at such a young age.

Any opinions?

Go get a physical and full blood work up. At 20, you should feel fabulous after working out. Endorphin high, happy, confident, even aggressive.

Too many possabilities to even GUESS at the cause of your fatigue.

It could be quite a few things, including Epstein-Barr Virus infection (yuppie flu or mono).

You will also need you thyroid function checked, and your fasting glucose levels.

What is your diet like?

What exactly are you eating? How much do you weigh?

Im somewhere around 155 ( i kno i havent worked out in 2 years).

Im eating alot of beef, chicken, eggs, oats, brown rice, wheat pasta, baked potatoes and veggies. Cyto gainer and muscle milk are my only supps that im taking in. I eat between 6-8 meals a day. Like i said im getting around 5000+ cals a day. Im not gaining any weight either. Im getting bigger but my weight has stayed the same.

It only happends when i work out. In the past 2 years i have tried to go back to it twice. Both times i felt run down and felt likei had no energy. Then i would quit and everything would go back to normal!

What is your cycle history? Have you run large amount of AAS in the past? I know many young guys who blew their natty test system by running gear and not doing PCT.

IMO I would see a doc and get a full physical and blood panel done. Asking for advice here without us knowing the full picture and without a blood panel to know what is going on inside is not going to work.

Good luck.

Eating 5k a day at only 155lbs is very curious.....Need to see a doctor bro, something is not right as far as I can see
I would def have the thyroid checked for sure along with everything
Out of curiosity, do you have muscle cramps/spasms or muscle fatigue while working out?

i have never used really i did a cycle of superdrol over 2 years ago w/ proper pct but thats as far as it goes. I have always had to eat more than the average person to gain weight. Hell when i quit PL to start gaining weight i was eating around 7k cals a day, weighing 180lbs. To night i had some cake, made me feel alot better. I wonder if its from where i have almost cut all sugar out of my diet. No i never get fatigued, just no energy or drive. NO muscle cramps or spasms.

im the same way bro
i got no energy either...i need caffine or i cant get through day.
thinking of going back on tjust to have more energy

The reason I asked is to see maybe you have any mineral deficiency but at this point it's all speculation and you just have to get with your doctor and have everything tested as mentioned in the above posts. I can tell you that it isn't that normal to eat 7k a day unless you train for the olimpics or something.
