Blood Test: Estrogen or Estradiol?

Gettin a blood test in a few days to check and see how PCT is progressing. My doc (bless him) gave me a blank stack of Quest Diagnostics requisitions and said I can go as often as I want.

Testosterone is easy. Would also like to check my E levels. Do I want the Estrogen (Free and Total) or Estradiol? (Leaning towards the Estradiol...)
