That's the ticket right there. To that I would only add Beta Sisterol, CoQ10, a full spectrum of omega fatty acids (i.e., 3, 6 & 9's; flax, borage and fish oils) and Lecithin. I used RYR, Policonisol, Beta Sist, Nacin, Lecithin, flax seed oil, borage oil, cod liver oil, CLA and CoQ10 and my total cholesterol went from 180 to 102. Yes, 102. I had never tested that low. My doc was stunned at how low it had dropped in 4 months. Also, my LDL and triglycerides were in the normal range. However, my HDL was on the low side. I wasn't surprised about the HDL because that week I had just come off a long run with 17aa orals (had even stacked 2 for a time) and was still on the injects when I got tested (Tren/Test/Mast). I'm going to get re-tested at the end of this month after being off 17aa orals for about 2 months. Will keep you posted as to the results.
