blood pressure

im taking proviron should i stop that ,and today morning my bp was 110/84 (at another docs meter)

While taking test, dbol or anything that aromatize, supplement taurine at 500mg to 1000mg daily with your mutivitamins. This will help control blood pressure.

110/84 man thats low to me, mine right now is 130/85. I think your BP is fine, and proviron acts somewhat as an AI and helps lower water retention so your probably fine with that. Its hard to bloat while on proviron.

No nolva dos'nt realy help with water retention, it may alittle bit but it realy only blocks estrogen at certain sites in the body and keeps it from binding there. For bloat the best things are aromatase inhibitors like: aromasin, arimidex, and femara.

Is the oppositer true?
If my BP is elevated above normal while I'm on AAS, then it may be reasonable to assume that's it being caused from excess water retention, especially when on something like a TEST/DBOL stack.

But what if my BP hasn't moved a lick? (Very consistently approx 120/80) Can one reasonably assume that they are NOT retaining much water?

I think any time you retain water, wether it be from estrogen or sodium, your BP will rise. I found I can keep mine lower and in the safe zone by cutting out most of the sodium in my diet, sodium causes water retention, so yes if BP dosn't move while on cycle I think its safe to say you probably have a good diet or you don't have too much estrogen. Most people just can't stand the taste of bland food missing salt, but its just one of those things you have to train yourself to get use to. Especially if on a cycle, at least for that short amount of time tell yourself to keep your diet in check, low sodium, that is for people who have BP issues.

I have no BP issue, yet dbol still made my BP increase quite a bit, but I also had increase my peanut intake which happened to be salted. So yes you are right on track with retaining water and increased BP!
