3)does pressure vary in the morning and evenings?.

hope all will give me the best advice.....

#1 the second number is the one to watch out for. Ideal is 80 or lower. 90-95 is to be expected on AAS and over 100 is getting up there where I'd be concerned. But, take it more than once before you freak out. many things can elevate it, momentary stress, if you just participated in intense excercise, etc. I'll tell you this. I have a great primary care doctor and when I finally told him I was taking AAS it was a relief. I now had someone that knew there shit to express any concerns to and he was surprisingly open minded. He asked where I was getting it, how I was taking it (doses, duration) and did some blood work. Now he is not the type that's going to prescribe 4 IU's of GH per day and 400mg of Deca per week for me but it's great to have an open line of communication with your doc. If you tell yours and he lectures you or looks down on how you choose to live your life get another doc. In short, tell your Dr what you're doing and monitor that BP

I was under the impression that the 'second number being the most important theory' was old thinking and that this has proven to be wrong. That's what my doctor told me at least, and other doctors i have spoken to.

yes more recent studies show systolic pressure more relevant to cardiac events. In other words a sustained high systolic(upper) blood pressure that will not respond to meds is more dangerous since more heart attacks/strokes occur in this group.

my BP went up too on test enanthate 500mg/week, it is the estrogen conversion that is making you hold so much water. Get your estrogen/estrodial levels checked and they will probably be high. I am on a test prop/winny cycle and my BP went down sense I started my cycle believe it or not. You might want to take some anastrozole or examastane to stop the conversion of test to estrogen, that should get rid of the extra water you are holding and lower BP.

I have the same symptoms here, high blood pressure. Would taking Nolva work at reducing the estrogen levels/water retension, and therefore helping bloodpressure? thanks!
