blood pressure is high

paradox

I took my last shot of sus a month ago (2 amps). I went to the doctors the other day and my b/p was 188/77. Makes me a little nervous since many people in my family are on blood pressure medication.

yea, mine stays high for a while to depending on cycle and diet if
I eat clean like for cutting it goes down if eat heavy to gain it goes way up.try hawthorneberry usually it will lower your bp 10 -20 points.good luck

Take diovan, will lower it over night, or in a week I should say, it depends upon why your bp is up, if it is gear diovan works for me.

I think i just gotta crank up my cardio, my blood pressure was normal the whole time i was in the marines, from running miles and miles.

I had high blood pressure for a long time, then I moved to a new town away from my party buddy's and it dropped like a rock. I attribute this to the following; lower sodium foods (duh), less drinking (I am not sure if this is really related or not but I did drink much less), regular excersize, and no video games. Thats right no video games, I said it.

Multi-player video games stress me out man, they get the blood pressure way up, I think that not playing those damn things for a while is one of the big things that brought it down. Now I am playing video games again and although the rest of my lifestyle is good, the bloodpressure is back up (not as high as before but still up).

one other thing;
jdvert, is that guy on ur avatar real? wth is that, whats that guy's name and is he still alive, that is a freakish body. What did he do to get so swelled up

where do you get diovan, sorry to hikack here. thanks

Go to the doc and get it prescribed if you got insurance. I also take it and it works great. My bp stays around 115-125 over 80. Hopefully you got insurance b/c if you don't they are going to cost you about $2.50 a pill.

Hey solid, how many mg are you taking of diovan.

What sort of potassium dose per day would be good to lower BP? I have 99mg tabs of chelated potassium.

I also had mine checked today and it was 148/98 which is high for me so the Doctor prescribed Verapamil to me. Has anyone taken this and did it work? This is first time I've taken 1 gram of Test E in a week and I just started Tren 150 EOD.

increase pottasium
lower sodium
increase water intake

cardio is also beneficial
Cardio is a huge benefit!!

I have the same problem in my family.

I think what really runs in my family is a poor diet and lack of excersize because I cured my BP problems for the most part with diet and cardio.

I'm in the same boat - high blood pressure in the family. I can control mine with proper diet and water intake.
