i have the same problem, if you didnt have a serious bout of diareaha, or constipation it could be an anal fissure, which is a cut. I havent seen the doctor yet, im going really soon.

I had an ucler and sometype of Intestinal infection...wierd
i was only 20 dont think its good to have an ulcer at that age.
I play fball so the coaches and doctors didnt say much about it afterwards, maybe they figured it out.
 
I had to go have a colonoscopy done over a year ago for the same thing. I have not used any AAS since,but I am starting a cycle next week. That should tell me if AAS is really the problem for me. Things maybe different for you.
 
I had that from heavy lifting, anal tissue fissure + hemorroids.

Most likely anal fissure. In any case I don't think it's AS related, but rather diet.

Do you have any pain, itchyness, stinging/burning or inflamation pain? That would be hemorroids related.

Get it checked out and change your eating habits (more fiber & water)
