Just wondering if there is anything you can buy over the counter for bloat? I would assume you can, but not sure, anyone know?

ok, thanks, how easy can you lose the bloat from cardio? Does it take a lot?
diet my brother diet. Key to any aas function is what you take in on a daily basis. Some will leave you with a little more retention than others but i found anadrol 50 to lean me out fairly quick when on a moderate diet. Another choice would be arimidex at .25mg a day. That always helped a little bit. As for over the counter your fat burner/stimulants such as caffeine is a diuretic along with dandelion. Hope this helped.
Drink more water. It seems counterproductive but it actually works. When your body realizes that you are being well hydrated, it will have no problem getting rid of the excess water.
Try eating less sodium and processed foods, too. These will contribute to high water retention, likewise.
Anti-e's and sometimes winny, depending on your program, will also help shed excess water.

bullcocky i have been doing research on sus and did not think this was the case with a lower dose. are you being serious or trying to get me nervous? (it is working). i did order clomid but planned on using PCT. what antiEs do you recommend and when into cycle? how long will bloat last?
The water melon part was major exaggeration. I used 500mg of sust a week for eight weeks and had major water bloat. I did not use an antiE, It was early in steroid use 3-4 years ago. I would just use extra precautions (anti,E, drink water, and cardio) Sorry if I made you nervous. You really need to take a higher dose of sust250. Some of the testosterones are very short acting.
I would use liquidex and if you use it properly you will not have any sign of bloat.

well this is new to me (my first trip to dark side) and after PMing with some other respected members 250sus/week seems to a be safe bet and should give me some good results. bullcocky, can you elaborate on your experiences with bloat? how long does it last? what antiE do you use? do you use the antiE at the start of your cycle? forgive me hear, i am learning and a little nervous, yet excited.
oops, just reread your post about liquidex. is this something i can buy somehwere? is it available in stores? i have seen posts about liquidex on the board but never paid much attention to it. where can i get it?

All of these questions are answer in my previous post. You will learn the hard way that 250mg is not enough. It is only a tease and you will want more gains. I wouldn't even waste your time on such a small dose. Your body naturally produces around 70-80mg of test (estimate) weekly anyway. At least give yourself 500mg it will pay off and you will be happy with your results.

Everyone responds differently to AAS use. Some never get water retention others live withit on a daily basis. Myself included. Try eating more frequently. It's working for me. You are basically a test dummy for everything that you put into your body. You have to live and learn. See what works for you.
