Bloat issues

Hey all. I am 10 weeks into the cycle I posted up earlier this year. I am going for 2 more weeks with test e at 250mg per week. I am splittin the dose into 2(mon and thur). Trouble is I am bloated like crazy, and I am taking liquid stane. I have tried adjusting the frequency and strength of the dose but not getting any better. Most likely the stuff is bunk. Should I make 1 last attempt at 25mg every day of the stuff or just move right into my forma at 5 pumps am and pm from now through PCT? I don't know about 25mg every day of stane because I don't want to kill my gains the last 2 weeks, but I am tired of my midsection feeling so damn full all the time. In the future I think I am going to stick with real aromasin instead of the shit for the rats.

I have searched and read past posts and those are the 2 options I have seen offered as advice...which way should I roll?

Not at the moment, but weeks 1-4 were a dbol kicker. I am eating 3200 cals a day, i have even been adjusting macros to try and kill it. I just think enth ester doesn't agree with me. My first cycle was cyp and i didn't need an ai, but I only ran 100mg a week. Great results though for a first run.

Try another AI,,LETROZOLE has been working best for me.
 
I was going to make a thread very similar too this, is estrogen the only thing that causes bloat? What else can you do to get rid of it?
 
I am also drinking a gallon to a gallon and a half of water a day. Trying to sweat it out with cardio also.

I will look into letro, but i think if i get properly dosed or legit aromasin i would be ok. I took 25mg (or what is supposed to be) last night and felt better today. Still bloated but its lessened for sure. I am going to hit another 25mg tonight and see what happens.

Letro will kill your gains
 
Thats what I thought. From what I have read letro is a last resort when gyno has already set in. I am going to finish up as is. I will start the forma a few days after last pin and continue through pct. The water should flush out soon enough.

I get so tired of people saying ai's kill your gains... that's not fucking true... even with letro... its all HOW YOU DOSE THE SHIT... yes, if you dose too much it will hurt your gains, but if you dose it properly then it will not hinder you at all... you have to have a good source with shit that runs true to the labeled dosage and then run it properly... when it comes to something as serious as an ai, you MUST make sure you have a trusted and true source because of the importance that it has...
 
If you have aromasin start using it at 12.5 every other day. Ai dosing can be a pain in the ass. You could always get bloodwork to see if your estro is high or if its something else.

You havent said much about your diet. I bloated like crazy last cycle and it had nothing to do with estrogen and everything to do with my diet.

I started aromasin at 12.5 every 3rd day and played around with frequency and dose to try and find the right fit for me. As dylan said though, you need a trusted source to make sure stuff is dosed right or even legit. I went the research chem route this time and am not sure. I won't mention where it came from, this isn't the section for that.

My diet is clean. Lean proteins. Alot of chicken and white fish. I cut out red meat a few weeks back to see if that was a factor. I eat only complex carbs. Sweet pots, brown rice, buckwheat. I cut out beans a while ago to to see if it would help. My fat intake comes from fish, avocado, olive oil. I only have one liquid meal a day post workout.

As I mentioned, I have forma ready for my pct and from everything I have read its great stuff. If I start it now I should have enough to take me through pct. I am running the EF suggested pct.
