Started supplementing my diet with High Lignan Flax Oil about 10 days ago. I'm taking between 2-3Tbs/daily. I also have been taking (for several months) fish oil caps and get 6g daily of omega 3's from the fish oil.
These last several days I feel like I'm holding a bit of water, particularly in my face. I've been dieting for several months and currently on a low carb diet.
Could the high lignan flax oil be causing the water retention, or should I be looking else where? I thought maybe I wasn't drinking enough water, so yesterday I started increasing my water intake a good bit. Not sure where the bloat is coming from, I'm still leaning out so i know my calories aren't too high.
