Dude how come some are like 350-500$ for a blend-tech or vitamix?

I think I want to put one on my credit card and pay the minimum pmt for 15 years

ya...i used to have one of those hand held dealios that was fine for shakes and easier to clean than the blender

I was looking to make LEGIT smoothies. I dont eat much fruit or veggies, Yet i love smoothies.

I am on my 2nd magic bullet and it does fine for whey shakes. any frozen fruits or something chunky doesnt chop very nicely.

My blender bottle works fine for PWO shakes but i was looking to liquify apples, bananas, mangos, spinach etc.

What kitchen aid do you have.

If you want a legit blender than go with Blendtec. I actually work at planet smoothie and these things go through anything.

I'm a pretty good smoothies using my bullet from jcpenney. I do wish the containers were bigger. I add:
2 inches of crushed ice
orange juice to the top of the ice
1.5 scoops of protein
1 banana
four strawberries
1 tablespoon of vanilla flavored fish oil
enough orange juice to fill the container, which isn't much or a wedge of pineapple.
taste great on a hot day

the ninja is the best deal, had a vitamix before.. ninja is just as good had it over a year still working great, the blades come out of the container so it's easy as fuk to clean

the best all time blender is the Braun MX2050
I bought one due to a very positive consumer reports review/rating
then managed to melt part of it while I was jiggling some eggs
sold the thick glass canister and high quality rubber top parts on amazon for like 30 usd
some people know it's the best ever
I have braun mx2050 setup on my ebay saved searches, notify by email pronto

i like my magic bullet but it does leaver chunks.. i want a juicer but they be like 2 grand.. when i worked in a kitchen i juiced everything, hotdog juice, fruit juice, that thing was the shit
