A BUDDY OF MINE JUST NOTICED BLOOD IN HIS CUM, HE HAS NO IDEA HOW IT HAPPENED, HE JUST START FINA 1 WEEK AGO, WITH TEST CYP... ANY IDEAS?
 
Well if it were me I'd find the fastest car I could and drive straight to the doctor. With all do respect when it comes to my wee wee my internet friends opinions aren't worth a shit.
 
I hope it's nothing for your bros sake, peace of mind for him, I had a kidney infection and I pissed blood for a week, it cleared up w/ some antibiotics, so it may not be serious.....but please, get it checked

It's happened to me before. My urologist said it's no big deal if it happens once. Just bloody streak. But definately get it checked out.
 
It happened to me once. I was about 20 years old. I sneezed while I was pissing and the pressure on the piss was too big for my penis capacity. next time I ejaculate, I had streams of blood in my cum. Never happened again.

Sounds like the blood could be a result of prostatitis. Tiny blood vessels can rupture when the prostate swells and or remains swollen for extended periods of time. Obviously this swelling can be secondary to many factors including (but not limited to) something serious, such as cancer, to something as benign as an eternal hard-on during one of those all night fuck sessions. I was a victim of that later. Scared the shit out of me till i did some research. While i did not see my physician, i highly recommend that you do.

I was watching some real sex show or something back in the day, and I remember the doctor lady talking baout this. She said it is not a big deal, and not all that uncommon. It goes unoticed by many men (and woman) b/c most don't actually look at the ejaculate. It is usually in a condom, or in some orifice of your partner. If it was an isolated thing, I'd blow it off. If he is shooting blooding loads 3 times a day, DEFINATLEY go see a doc.
 
I've had that happen a couple of times, when I was really sick, some kind of infection I think, antibiotics cleared it up, Doc said it was not that uncommon, the cum looked pink. Scared the hell out of me though.
 
Blood in ejaculate is NOT a sure sign of chlamydia. Chlamydia is often silent (no symptoms). Blood from any orifice can be a sign of cancer. Blood in ejaculate can be a sign of prostate cancer i.e. don't fuck around - get your mate to the docs.

agree with lincoln reguarding possible std. from personal experience. blood came out right after ejaculation. chlamydia is silent in females not men. go to the doctor now. i waited almost three weeks before i went. that was in 1987 and to this day when i come it does not shoot out it just dribbles. sometimes i feel like half a man. i tell my wife i was in a car accident. a lying asshole i am.

your bro should see his doc. i am currently having same problem. Doc said ocassionally its no big deal. if it happens frequently it could be a problem. any thing from an std, to prostate cancer. Also if your bro takes a lot of meds that thin your blood ( i.e. Asprin, massive amounts of alcohol, eca stacks)
could cause the prob as well. I had a v.d. test, results were normal. I also took antibiotics in case of a prostate infection. Then the doc checked my prostate and all was normal. Then i had to get an ultra sound of my prostate. I havent gotten the results back yet for that. If your bro has to get the ultra sound, its pretty embarassing, At least for me it was anyways. Its not painful, but it is really uncomfortable. There is a difference if the blood is fresh or not too. Fresh blood will be pink or even reddish in color. Old blood will have kind of a chocolate brown color to it. Im not sure of the significance of the different colors between the blood, but the doc seemed to be more concerned if the blood was new ( red or pink, depending on how much blood was actualy in the ejaculate.) Hope this gives you and your bro a little better understanding on the situation, i dont really like giving out this personal of info on myself, but if it'll help someone feel better in the process, i guess it's worth it.
 
it could be prostate cancer (worst case scenario), it could be a swollen prostate (this would make it difficult to start a pee stream), could be an std or it could just be a ruptured vessel from too much whacking. if it continues go see a doctor. another thing is he pissing blood? this could potentially complicate things. good luck
