Sounds like the blood could be a result of prostatitis. Tiny blood vessels can rupture when the prostate swells and or remains swollen for extended periods of time. Obviously this swelling can be secondary to many factors including (but not limited to) something serious, such as cancer, to something as benign as an eternal hard-on during one of those all night fuck sessions. Blood in ejaculate is NOT a sure sign of chlamydia. Chlamydia is often silent (no symptoms). Blood from any orifice can be a sign of cancer. Blood in ejaculate can be a sign of prostate cancer i.e. don't fuck around - get your mate to the docs.
