Bleeding delts

seems like every time i hit my delts they bleed like a bitch, any way to prevent this? im starting to get nervous on hitting my delts because they bleed. anyone?

Easily solved.... This trick works for any injection site by the way.... Stick the needle in, shoot your stuff, then pull the needle out ONLY HALF WAY.... Keep it there for about 1 min.... If you were gonna bleed, the blood is now clotting in your arm..... After 1 min, pull it out, and no blood.... Try it...

Thanks!!!! i will try that next time. I never thought about doing that.

You can also stretch the skin before you stick. Then let go. When you pull out it should help close the hole. I usually do what Prizz said though....
