blasting bi's and Ham's workout today

Hi,

I just come back from the where i had one of a hellagood workout.

5 minutes off bike (reverse) to get blood into my Hamstings.

- Then 5 sets off stiff legged deadlift... really stretching
- 5 sets of leg curls
- 4 sets of hyperextension
done for ham's

Bicep's time:

2 warmup sets with the bar , till there was so much lactic acid!

-Hammer curls--5 sets of 10-7-6-6-6 with 60 and 75 pounds! i was on fire
-EZ-curl standing --5 sets
-Standind concentration curl to the shoulder (Arnold style) 3 sets
-Scott curls 5 set of 15! Damn it was hurting and there was so much blood in there, i almost cry after each set.

Now i"m proud of me for the day, let's eat to feed those muscles!
 
I must admit, that is a bit of an unique split... how come you ended up doing hams and bi's as opposed to the typical chest and tri's / back and bi's etc?...

Don't know, i was due to do Bi's and Ham's , i call it the flex workout
