Blast and Cruise?

Absolutely. 3grams a week is nothing too bro. One of my buddies is VERY tight with a Top 3 Olympia contendor. His cruise is 3 grams a week lol. His blast is significantly more than that. The GH and Slin amounts are extremely high too and costs a lot of money. Some guys run a lot more GH though, 20-30 and use less grams of gear. Lots of guys running 300mg a day of Tren Ace.

Bodybuilding is strictly chemical warfare. We all workout the same, eat the same...yet how come none of us look close to these top NPC guys or IFBB pros? Because they take much much more than us and are willing to risk a lot more. Genetics help as far as structure goes, muscle inserts, etc. But a lot of genetics comes down to the body's response to hormones and more importantly, how well you can deal with the sides...and if you are mentally able to persue this lifestyle and foresake friends, family, girlfriend. The ones who have their lives in line are the ones who can make it. The ones who have a girlfriend whos not supportive or have too much stress or just don't prioritize bodytbuilding and don't have the hunger are the ones that don't get to those levels.

That's part of the reason why Powerlifting is so enjoyable. I can train daily, eat lots of tasty food, push myself to the max and use OR NOT use gear. I'd love to give bodybuilding my all. I could def afford the gear, but do I want to potentially risk my life? I don't know yet, I just know my PASSION is in the weight room. I'm going to see how my next to powerlifting meets go, I do still have huge drive for PL, but I won't truly know Until I'm out on the platform. The transition from PL to BB is fairly large.

I don't want to start a whole thing going but I'd like to know what the guys like Bolton, benni, big z etc take. I'm sure it's alot less than the BB pro's though

I don't like the idea of messing with a perfectly good pancreas! Although by taking gear I'd be messing with a good set of testes so I guess it's a matter of preference. .

Preference hell...you can live without your nuts. You cant live without a pancreas or for very long with a fucked up one.

This is why i stopped after 2 weeks of slin. I dont and will never compete. Have no desire to. So when I become dissatisfied with AAS results in the future then I will add long term HGH.

I'm a cruiser, nearly 2 years. Cruise is 125mg test. Blast is prop, tren, beast. Im 32 Years old, I'm all for it I guess there's long term downsides but fuck there's a downside to everything so I just do whatever

I hear powerlifters are on a boatload of shit as well. BP's super high. Very unhealthy. One of the guys who my friend is very tight with and we used to workout with him, he was in the worlds strongest man competition. I don't remember his exact stack but from what the guys in the gym were saying is that he was on so much shit that his kid came out with birth defects and that his liver is all messed up. The bodybuilders were all saying that he was a walking pharmacy. Doesn't mean every powerlifter is like that lol. But I do think they take anywhere from Quite a Bit to Holy Shit That's a Lot.

I am in my early 30's and I enjoy cycling. coming off steroids I feel fantastic and with the great supps we have today you can still feel 'on' when you aren't on and keep a lot of your gains.

I have no plans on blasting or TRT until my 50's. i'm never gonna be a champion bodybuilder like insanity and thats fine. I would like to do a show every year or two just for fun to show off my body in front of a bunch of strangers but no desire to travel and do this at a high level. who knows maybe I will change my mind? but i doubt it.

you can run light cycles and still have a fun time as a gym rat. just make sure if you do decide to blast and cruise you keep a close eye on your bloods and you realize you may not ever be able to come off again without going through hell. at 26 and with just 1 cycle under your belt i wouldn't recommend it yet unless you just inherited a few million and are willing to dedicate your life to this. if you have a job, family, etc. you may find yourself in a couple years not as commited to this as you would like. it might be something for you to consider in another 5 years once you get into your 30's

I dont think theres a down side to your cruise dose at least. Thats a very real world cruise dose. Spot on i would say. The possible long term effects will come from the amount of yearly blasts and how much each blast involves. Obviously thats true for any cycle whether cruising in between or not.
I would say the beast would be the biggest thing. Its real liver toxic so using alot multiple times a year will end up hurting your liver obviously. More so than injectables I would imagine. But as long as you keep up on the bloods.

That the pros cruise on 3g is bullshit. I was on a seminar with branch warren few weeks ago and he was really open about drugs etc! And he said during this seminar that his bitgedt misstake so far was to stay on to much, and he really stressed ppl to get atleast 2 solids months off, before a new run. He would also never touch insulin.
And yes he was over 2g a week on cycle. But to be honest that not that much..
When it comes to gh he said he used about 10-15 units. Pinning berore bed
