Black marks under eyes ?

When I reach, say like 10% BF I start to have those black marks under the eyes. At first it didn't bother me at all, but people are noticing it and associate it with me being sick or something. Now I'm at 9% and it's worse.

Does anybody know how the fuck do I prevent these 'black marks' under the eyes and what exactly are they?

Diet is good, not taking any stimulants for two weeks. Just started NYC (But the black marks are there from before. Actually they were there also 3 years ago when I didn't even take any stimulant).

Try some preperation H under your eyes. this is what all the supermodels do...it is a vasoconstricter.

Lack of sleep and food allergies/digestive problems can cause this.
I also think liver stress MAY cause this. I seem to get a little of this when I am on orals. Can anyone confirm my theory?

I have to agree. I get these black marks every some often from Allergies. I think this is why most people have them. Along with lack of sleep also.

Junk - you were on a very low cal diet & high cardio and a shitload of ECA & clen right? I see this new problem as likely related to the other stuff you have said is going on with you. Have you taken any advise off that other thread? Have you increased calories, reduced cardio etc.? Bet you that will help.

I have this same problem, its gotten a lot worse since I've been on 400mg enanthate/e5d, and T3 for 5 weeks. I look like I'm exhausted, and well... half the time I am But its all the time.

I'm hoping its a combination of the dieting and the bloat, and not just about the lower BF%.

Otherwise I'm gonna be one ass-cream-on-my-face-every-day motherfucker from now on

drug use, cocaine? doesnt sound healthy... start taking in more carbs, and get some sleep....

Black marks under the eyes can be a symptom of liver stress.

They can also be the result of lack of quality sleep - normal insomnia or drug induce insomnia caused by speed, coke, MDMA, ephedrine, ephedra, or other CNS stimulants.

Some people have sleep disturbances while on AAS. Test and fina have been been associated with sleep problems.

i attribute it to being in front of a screen for 14 hours a day somtimes.

Go to Nordstrom or some desinger store. Get a product from lab series, zirh or any equalivelent. It is called eye restore or something. It tightens under your eyes and gets rid of the dark marks over time. It is cheap and effective.

any drug store in the usa has preperation H cream it's for hemeroids but it helps with a lot of stuff, also are you drinking enough water I heard this can be from being dehydrated also

This may be something hard to swallow but if it really bothers you, you may have to resort to it. Hell chicks wouldn't wear it if it wasn't the only thing that worked. My fiance dabbed a little of the stuff on this huge zit I had on my nose and it disappeared. I was amazed and you couldn't even tell.

This is called 'periorbital pigmentation' i believe.
it can be vascular or pigment in nature. if they appear only when tired or as allergic response to some foods for example its probably vascular. IOWthe dark areas are actually dialted blood vessels.
these vessels are more visible when low bf just like vascularity elsewhere is more visible when bf low.

how to fix? what worked for me is laser zapping of the vessels with Vbeam laser treatment. now I can be up all night and still not get the 'circles'.
