He is back. And answering E-mails. Some of you sound like you are being intentionally snubbed. Not the case. It is not personal. Only one person answers the e-mails and it going to stayt that way as trustworthy people are few and far between. the long wait, 39 days I think, was to an unexpected shortage in product brought on by two huge commercial orders. Whe one person gets 600-700 e-mails a week, has a regular job and family it can be overwhelming at times. the product is well worth the wait as no one can compete with what BL offers. Bar none! Not on quality or selection. Service is finally being fine tuned. If you cannot wait there are many others to use. BL hopes you don't but realizes that time is sometimes an issue.
