Oh darlin... I jut got in from work not too long ago and usually surf the boards or write emails to unwind before bed.

Gosh so much has been on the boards about my life lately... You don't want to know... and honestly, I am all talked out about it. There was a thread that turned nasty that was locked the other day. If you are bored - you can read it... but I warn you, you gotta be PRETTY BORED! LOL

well i'm old news, but it sounds like you are still top of mid with the board. Last I remember is you/husband were F'ing your kids mind with a split up. I speak from a split when I was 16. Hope your kids first are okay./. I am now 31 and still have some thoughts about how good it was when I was 14 even with my(rich) dad and mom fighting. You now live for your kid!!!! Don't forget what you did!!!!!!!.. They come first!!!!

I have a nephew on my husband's side that told us many years ago (He is now about 26 or so) that he grew up HATING BOTH his parents because they never stopped fighting - EVEN TO THIS DAY AND THEY HAVE BEEN DIVORCED SINCE HE WAS A SMALL CHILD!

I am doing whatever is necessary to end the fighting. I have all but signed all the rights to my children away.... AND HE STILL WILL NOT DIVORCE ME.

I will give him everything (practically have). BUT I WILL NEVER SIGN A DOCUMENT THAT COULD BE USED TO KEEP MY CHILDREN FROM ME.

I have never heard of another country where it is SO FUCKING HARD to divorce.

All has to do with the fucking scumbag attorneys who only give a shit about lining their own pockets. What kind of person would be able to sleep at night knowing that they make profits off the perpetuated misery of others?

I have never had so much contempt for one other human being in my life. Sad part? She is only one of TONS of garbage "human beings" that are practising law.

If it were legal. I would put her ugly assed, beady-eyed, donut-eating idiot pic and name up on the boards to warn anyone who was even THINKING about doing business with her not to. Do you all know that she is now no longer practising law?.... SHE IS NOW GETTING INTO MEDIATION!

I wonder if she will now be able to earn enough money to pay her childcare provider to raise her kids while she is bilking not one but TWO people out of the money that should go to their chilren? Wait a minute. All the billable hours that cunt racked up on my foolish husband (who trusted that she was telling him the truth about the law) went "to the firm" and not in HER pocket.

Yes, he is... I don't believe he practises matrimonial law though...

There are many good, decent lawyers (I am sure). My current attorney is sssssooooo not hanging me out to dry, does gobs of shit for me FOR FREE and isn't charging me out the wazoo to begin with. He doensn't "fill my head with bullshit ideas" - basically tells me my options and does what I tell him to do. He doesn't invent shit to agitate my husband nor does he say, "Don't worry... we'll take that bastard to the cleaners."

He knows I am taking a bath in this divorce and fully understands my reasons. He is doing everything possible to get me divorced without totally leaving me in the cold. I am not stupid. I can read a document and understand that "joint legal custody" does NOT MEAN that if either of us disagrees about issued pertaining to the children that he doesn't AUTOMATICALLY decide what to do and if I don't like it, "I have the right to take him to court".

Funny thing? My husband actually tried to sell me some line of BS about how "this was only to protect the kids". When I asked him WHAT OR WHO language like this was supposed to protect them from: DEAD SILENCE.

Ahhhhhhhhhh I need to go back to sleep. fuck it.

Sounds like you have a decent attorney now which I'm sure is hard to come by. Divorce sucks. Sorry to hear about it. Hopefully this ugly mess turns out the best for you.
