M MikeMartial New member Feb 6, 2006 #5 In Grappling mag a few months back they had specific stretches designed for upper body flexibility---excellent for BJJ. I don't have the mag kicking around anymore, but it involved using a stability ball to stretch out the shoulders and upper back. Try Google for "upper body stretches", or Grappling Magazine. They may have some online content.
