Ive got em. never once done roids. im about 6 foot with 245 pounds or so, lots of Bodyfat, nearing 30%.

looking to go on a keyto diet (bought atkins book)

do you think i should take some anti-estrogen while doing keyto for 6 months?

problem i see is im a 20 YO student and money isnt that available...

comments? suggestions?

hey humpty , unless you have hard lumps under your breast , then its fixable

save up $200 and get a bottle of liqiudex and take .5mg ed for 4 months

keto diets work but are subject to faiure if you already eat a lot of carbs

do some thing like the body for life diet , works great

train hard and DO YOUR CARDIO !!!!

i thought keto diets work best for super high carb eaters? (due to the effects of hyperinsulinism)

im pretty set on starting keto in 2 days, ive read half of atkins book, joined the fitday.com thing (which is great tool btw) and am pretty ready to go.

i dont get much exercise at all, i play tennis with some friends maybe 3 times a week for 2 hours a time.

do you think i should join a gym? - again money would be an issue... and i wouldnt know anyone there or anything.

can liqiudex be bought over the counter? in australia? is it an anti-estrogen or an inhibant?

also, what do you mean about hard lumps under my breast? can you be a little more specific? it seems all my fat has hard lumps if i push in enough, also they are not overly big, i think its just because im quite overweight maybe? like i said ive never taken roids so i dont know why i have them =[

mm perhaps for me too but from what i heard fucking with your hormones at my age will affect your natural levels too much

I have had the same problem all my life...I am now 40. I have also had fluxuating weight and fat % .

I am 6' and look great at 195, but even then I have boobs. I have never been able to wear t-shirts or go swimming in public (which sucks since I live at the beach) I started a few weeks ago to work out again at 262lbs...I am now at #230

but the slimmer I get the more apparent the boob problem is. I recently have decided that when I reach #200 I am going to go to a plastic surgeon and get this dealt with. I have heard the cost is between $3000 to $5000


if you are saying that liquidex is a possible solution, the I would be happy to try....shit, what have I got to lose?

can you tell me more?

im going shopping tonight, zero carbs style.

lots of chicken and meat, eggs, cheese, some low carb veg, onions n shrooms, fish, salads.

any meals that all you keto's have come to like? i think it will be difficult for me to adjust to the 6 meals a day style eating, with so much meat, im thinking it would be best to cook up a day of meat, and just take it from the fridge throughout the day. Also what about BBQ chicken? is that 0 carbs? (not eating skin or stuffing)

also going to pick up some multivitamins.

and looking for some bottled water delivery service (probably buying a cooler) as the water from my tap is crap...
