I have been on and off for the last year, and have never taken an anti-estrogen. Now I have a little puffiness around my nips. The other day my girl squeezed my nip very hard and some clear liquid came out, is this normal. Remind you it was clear not milky. I need some advice on what to do.

Sorry tits, j/k.....If they are sticking out then you know the answer but if they are flat then try some arimidex...always come off or use during to block estrogen.....hopes this helps
