birthmarks

For a few weeks I have gotten a lot of many birthmarks on my whole body, even a few in my face. I know that it´s normal to get birthmarks but before I had only a few birthmarks. About two months ago I started on a company that make bathrooms. I work with cement and it´s dusty.
Do you think that I got the birthmarks because of my job?

I very much doubt it.

I unfortunately have over 100 moles on my body.

The sun DEFINITELY adds them. No Doubt.

I don't know how old you are but I also believe birthmarks/mole to continue to form throughout a young persons life.

If you are concerned visit a doctor, but I wouldn't worry unless they keep popping up and/or are unsightly
