Biotin!!

O.k, picked up some Biotin caps today from my health store (AF Europe does not stock it Mac/Ulter). I got some 1mg caps and some 0.300mg caps, how much do I take and when do I take it.....first thing in the morning, with the Glucorell before meals, etc? Thanks.
P.S. Arm workout today and I gotta say what a f*****g pump!! Terrific stuff!!

Excuse my ignorance ulter but is a 'mcg' the same as a 'mg', my bottles give measurements in 'mg'.

Hey Macro/Ulter, taken the Biotin for my last 3 meals and I gotta tell ya that I have seriously painfull kidneys tonight. Changed nothing in diet and all natural at the moment. Is this just coincidence or could it be the Biotin?

No, it is definately not the biotin.

Biotin is a B-Vitamin Btw.
