I wouldnt use that product.
Its extremely expensive for the amount of 4-AD you get. Its also questionable whether their delivery system does anything to improve absorption.
Ergopharm's Andro-Spray is a very good 4-AD product at a great price. I have never used Avants 4-AD transdermal, but it also gets good reviews. I would go wiith one of those two. 800mg/d transdermal works pretty well.
If transdermal isnt your schtick, then you'll need to take your caps about every 3 hrs due to the extremely short half life of 4-AD. For orally start at ~1200mg/d divided into 4 or 5 doses.
...and consider stacking it with 1-AD or Nor-4-AD.
