i dont use it bro cause iv heard it doesnt do a great deal, but i think it was omega that almost sold me with his glutamine peptides..??

I honestly prefer Glutamine Peptides for PURE muscle building and for Immune system

only issue is you MUST blend it with a richly flavored protein powder but boy does G-covery ACTUALLY work.
