ANyone use the recumberant bike for cardio? Think it may be the best "bulking" cardio out there......little stress on the joints and still work up a nice sweat.......anyone think it's worthwhile?
I use the bike all the time. Having bad knee's in the past it works a lot better for me then the treadmill or track. Very little shock on the the joints, and like you said, still work up a good sweat. I used it a ton on my last cutting cycle.
SO, YOU THINK IT'S STILL DECENT CARDIO? sorry about the caps.....how long did you ride? intense? 1st thing in am? What are your stats now and when you use it?
