bigger, stronger, dumber?

stuck

New member
Hey guys,

Over the last few weeks I've been making great progress in my workouts. I'm getting bigger and stronger and losing body fat.

I've tried to keep my diet clean. I eat lots of tuna, eggs and chicken. I have cut down on carbs, but not cut them out. It's common for me to have a tuna sandwich almost every day.

I'm currently trying to slim down a bit so I've started taking Trex 2x2 and LRex 2x3 a day. I've been doing this for 5 weeks now.

About 2 weeks ago, I started noticing my lack of focus. I just feel like I'm walking around dumber than I was before. I'll forget little stupid things that are part of my daily routine and have a hard time concentrating at work. Today is particularly bad, which is why I'm posting this.

I take a multivitamin every day and my diet is as great as its ever been. Is there some sort of deficiency I might be having that could cause this? It's really starting to get annoying.

Other than that, I squatted 405x5 this week so I'm willing to trade that for being stupid. :D

so youre wondering if t-rex/l-rex makes you stupid?? Highly doubt it, I thought they contained "smart drug" type compounds. Low carbs can definitely make u feel stupid though, but I thought that was only when u took it all the way to the ketogenic diet type levels.

LMAO Spatts, I blame it on the test.....seems like closer to a meet I zone out more, and I now it ain't the pot. (quit)

best thread title ever? could be.

I dunno, I'm kinda partial to "look at the size of this chick" on the chat board.

Could be the tuna. I stopped eating tuna a few months ago and noticed that my thinking has been a lot sharper, clearer. I've heard the mercury levels in tuna can have something to do with memory problems. Maybe somebody else knows more about it.

If I had known lifting made me dumber I would have started longer ago, then life wouldn't bother me ever.

Cheers,
Scotsman
