Bigger Forearms

Never use straps. I have a friend who is a bodybuilder and NEVER uses straps, doesn't even own a pair and makes it his job to call everyone he sees using straps a pussy. He has the BIGGEST forearms i have seen, with the strength in them to back up the size. As others have said, heavy deadlifts, heavy shrugs, basically anything where you need to hold alot of weight.
 
Any heavy pulling exercise works, good ones are deads like others have said, shrugs pullups, romanian deads, db rows, bb rows etc.

Directly for forearms I like Behind back wrist curls, seated one arm db wrist curls, farmers walk and one arm bb bar hold.
 
OMG you guyz all got his question wrong! He was asking some exercises to get bigger forearms...not some stupid lower back exercises.

3 sets of light wrist curls of about 15-20 reps will make your forearms more toned and will make them look bigger

Light weight, super-high rep dumbbell wrist curling does wonders, lol.
 
Here's another exercise...

Load the bar up with as much weight as you can, pick it up and then put it back down. Do this a few times, adding weight when ever you can. I'm not sure what this exercise is called but it works great. ;)

Well, you could also do rack pulls. You can do more weight with a rack pull than you can with a deadlift. All you need to do is hold the bar at the top longer. So suck on that, deadlift. Lol. But, you do want the whole-body effect of the deadlift for overall better muscle growth..

I know i know... Its been my mistake... But from this point on things are changing.. :evil:

good, not only will deads give you bigger forearms, they will give you a new full body thickness, they will also beef up your entire back, quads, hams, glutes, shoulders and strengthen your core.
