bigger and stronger triceps

Hey guys

have reached a bit of a plateua when it comes to tris and also bench press.....since feeling a bit of static stage with the tris, i have felt my bench press go down a bit

any exercises i can do as far as tris go? i might need some new exercises

i know i will get some good responses as per usual

you guys always have great advice

wrong forum but do some of the shock exercises--they will make you cry like a baby--but grow like a weed.

Ah...hell yes! Decending sets and reverse pyramiding have been on my workout regimine for years! If you've never tried any of the shock routines...do not delay! Wicked fucking advice eddy!

Close grip bench thumbs on top. Hits all heads of the triceps. Concentrate on using the triceps not the chest in the movement. Get your partner to run a few negs at the end of each work set. ie he lifts the bar up, you slowly lower it down for a full range of motion. Keep elbows as close to your sides as possible.
 
Board Presses work GREAT for triceps and increasing the bench press.

i love these. i do them as drop sets.
