I would post this on hte supp board but they're slow as shit over there...I'm goin on creatine again and I've heard some good shit about creatine ethyl ester and I think bigdho mentioned he was on it and loved it...if you do take this form of creatine is it alright to take the capsule form?

I got it from alindustries.com...btw bigdho, did you put on any weight on this shit and how much stronger did you get? I really dont care about how good the pump is per se...more concerned with endurance, strength and the other good shit...also AF has 700 mg caps and alrindustries (where I ordered from) has 500 mg...which ones are you on bro??

I didnt get much weight gain from it, a few pounds, but I did get more vascular and tighter looking and the strenth went up for sure.
