I think our friend Warik is referrin to how in the past decade there have been some stories about high school/college wrestlers who have tried to cut weight to make their weight class and have ended up dying.
people kinda shrug their shoulders when they hear about it..but when people hear about steroids...oh no, the person who uses them are evil and bad people and deserved to die...
the wrestlers were just "sooo dedicated to their sport" and died in honor..
