This is a very big cycle................with a very big flaw in it! Your scheme on the Test could use some rethinking. Here's what I suggest. You're going to be using Sust weeks 1-8, then in week 9-21 go to Cyp? You're going to have about 2-3 weeks of declining Test levels if you do that. It's going to take at least a couple of weeks for that Cypionate to kick in, by then your Sust is going to be bottomed out! Start that Cypionate @ about week 5-6 along with the Sust. Your blood levels will stay more stable this way. Just my 2 cents!
