I thought that I would become even more motivated to see my abs for the first time in my life if I were to hear success stories of fellow Elite members.

Generally, what was your best cycle results of all time and how long did you cycle for?

Well, after my "best" cycle, you couldnt see my abs, but I probably could have ripped apart a bunch of the skinny guys in the gym whose abs you could see. Felt like doing it too, until I came off.

My best results were a drop of 49 pounds. Trying to do it again.

How much weight do you need to lose to see abs

The only time I have ever seen my abs was when I got an intestinal infection and lost 66 pounds in 3 months. I went from a fat 265 down to a way to skinny 199. I could see the top 4...but I lost a shit load of muscle and strength as well.

Sucks that the only time you saw abs was at the cost of poor health. Sorry to hear that bro. Diet hard, I am going to see my abs for the first time in my life this year.
