i made up one of those shakes minus the powdered milk becuase i couldnt find it so i added another cup of 2% and damn its good
 
yes it has about 110grams and my bf is about 16 or so but im bulking and im not worrying about it,summers bascially over
 
I can't claim full responsibility for that shake. Make no mistake, its a recipe for powerlifters and NFL linemen, not supermodels :)

i just wanna grow like i say bodyfat isnt a big thing because my work gives me good damn cardio,in just three hours my shirt that i wear to work is soaked in sweat,this will be something i drink every few days for a kick of protein
 
how do you expect to be gettin the pootytang in college if you have excess bodyfat on you? 16% is more than enough. you just need the protein and lots of lifting.
 
dood its almost cover up time so bodyfat wont be very noticable unless i grow a gut that sticks out,when spring comes it will be a nice cycle of winny
 
yeah im gonna add a little bodyfat during the colder months but im not going up to 16%. when i give a girl the thrill of a lifetime i dont want to have a big gut sticking out.
 
the thing is i only get a gut if i get up to 20% bf,my fat goes to my quads and arms mainly,right now my gut doenst stick out,but i figure once i get on my cycle ill lose some fat anyway plus wiorking out and work,so ill probably end up dropping some fat
