i just wanna grow like i say bodyfat isnt a big thing because my work gives me good damn cardio,in just three hours my shirt that i wear to work is soaked in sweat,this will be something i drink every few days for a kick of protein
how do you expect to be gettin the pootytang in college if you have excess bodyfat on you? 16% is more than enough. you just need the protein and lots of lifting.
