Big Blast question for Nelson (or anyone else)

Hope you don't mind me sticking this in the main forum, but it didn't get a response in the supplements forum.

Just got my 10lb bag of Big Blast with a bunch of added goodies that I had added to the mix (glutamine peptides, carbogen, peak atp, etc). Serving size on the instructions is 1/2 cup and provides 300 calories (this you already know). I just began a cycle (Test Cyp @ 400/week and Winstrol for last 6 weeks at 50/day). Working out 4-5 times per week.

Obviously, this is a good post workout drink because of the carbs and protein. My question is, can I use this as a pre-workout? How effective will it be? Is there a better time besides post-workout I should think of using it? Reason is I'm currently using a Waxy Maize product from True Protein as my post-workout followed by some whey protein 15-20 minutes after and I'd like to keep that routine if possible.

Is this an effective pre-workout if taken 30 min prior to working out? Thanks!

I personally like the Waxy/Whey PWO myself. I have not yet tried Big Blast, but it looks like it would be suitable for a pre workout shake. Maybe 30-45 minutes pre training. Hopefully Nelson will chime in.
